Help me find an engine noise please! 850 1994

I've been trying to find the source of a moaning noise that is coming from the timing belt area. The noise only happens when the car has been sitting in a cool garage all night, or sitting outside when it's cold out. If it sits in the sun for a while in the morning it won't make the noise. As you rev the engine (drive) it gets louder and only lasts for about 1-2 minutes. After that it doesn't come back again until the next morning, unless it's a really cold day then it will happen in the evening again on the way home from work. So far I've had the dealer replace the serpentine belt idler pully, and a timing belt tensioner and pulley. Is there anyone out there that could possible help me find this noise????!!!! I appreciate the help greatly.
