Fog light flattening my battery wiring diagram included V70-XC70

My fog light switch on the front dash is connected and used in conjunction with with the parking lights. I have flattened my battery on three occasions because of forgetfulness when parking lights on; fog lights are used in daytime so easily forgotten.
Is this the same as the others Volvos?
I would like to find the best fix, so when I turn the key off the fog lights go off, like the headlights do. I have included a Haynes wiring diagram:
