Got the 01 s60 S60 2001

So I picked up the 2001 s60 today... Gonna take it to an auto shop to have everything flushed, oil change, alignment, brake check, plugs, battery, etc... Apparently car was purchased at an auction so there's no info on any recent or major maintenance....

However, there was only 1 key and no key fob... Anyone know if the 01's had a key fob, and if so, where I could get one (or two)? Also, where I'd be able to get a second key?

Any other suggestions of what I should have checked out? Ac/heat is good... Oh- the power seats don't always work... Should I go to a Volvo dealer for any of this, or would I just get ripped in costs?
