P2112 XC90 2005

Got a CEL today. When I started the car it had very little power and the accelerator pedal had no response. Turned of the engine, and the restarted it and everything seems fine now. It threw a code that I had read and it was a P2112 accelerator system actuator shut closed. I have done a bit of research tonight and it seems it may be I need to clean the throttle body. If so, how many hours am I looking at to do this, and is the gasket reusable or do I need a new one. Also they mentioned in a video I watched that it would probly be a good idea to clean the MAF as well. It the throttle body is that dirty, the MAF is probly as well.

Any input as always is greatly appreciated,
Ken
