took apart new door stop piece...how to reassemble? 850

If you're still interested in this door stop question great - if not, fine too -but one more thing I noticed is that one of the rollers is not completely level and sits a little above the other roller - the roller on the "far" side (from inside the car) seems to be off axis. As a result the flat piece rises and falls to contact these offset rollers as you close the door. The green piping of the "carabiner" piece are also not aligned like when I got the part and it shifts also during door operation.

If the roller/carabiner/flat piece are not perfectly on the level would this change surface area/ contact point enough to affect the "resistance" of the stops?
