Keyless Entry 850 95

I called the dealer about a month ago to get the part number for they keyless remote to the car (yes, there is the blinking light on the dash, so I should be able to get a keyless entry, right). I got one from e-bay and I can't get it to work (position 2 5 times then hold down for 5 seconds). I called the dealer again and now they're giving me a different part number for the keyless entry. Where can I get a straight answer???
