98 XC70 AWD..help before buying V70-XC70

Looking to get a car since lost my company car when switching jobs and cannot find a decent 245, which I would prefer, but did spot a 98 XC70 with 135k miles. body is rust free, interior looks good (pics only...haven't gone to see it/test drive yet).

Seller has had for 2 years, timing belt replaced 25k miles ago, MAF sensor, brakes, window regulators, routine maintenance. Says TRAC/ABS light on intermittenly.

Have had 4 240s, 5 850s and an S60 in the family, but no experience or knowledge with an XC70...any thoughts about this year/model? Things to look for/look out for when I go check it out?
