I can also get a 2004 with 165k miles for $5900. Got all the service records. I like that. Single owner. I'd be curious on your take of the difference btwn 115k and 165k miles if the guy with less mileage can't supply the service records.

The turning radius is a real luxury with the 240 series. I'd miss that...but not to the point of distraction, I don't think.

Thanks for the tip on the oil/filter change every 40k miles and ATF flushing. I've also read that you need to rotate the tires every five thousand miles.
