With the 114K miles, I would ask about where it was serviced and when the timing belt was done. The hard part of buying used is trusting the seller, which is why buying from a car lot is such a pain.

Take a look at the Tri state area and try to find something that is not NYC driven? A commuter car is not a good choice, in my opinion.
