Air Pump Noise ?? 850 1995

In last couple days, there was high pitch (sort of) noise coming from the driver side wheel well area in the morning start AND after 10 miles or more of driving. It didn't happen all the times but sometimes was there for a long time.

As far as I found out from this board is that air pump only coming ON for

about 2 minutes in the cold morning. I should be OFF after 2 minutes. My case seems to be ON for a much longer times. Noise was gone after I shut off the car.

Could it be the air pump relay ?? Or the check valve, shut-off valve ??

No check engine light so far, and car run fine.

Any suggestion is appreciated.
