HID bulb failure ... V70-XC70 2006

Hello

Couples weeks ago, I noticed a bulb failure warning when on HID on the right side. I decided to order new bulbs and changed them both. Still, I have the same bulb failure on the right side so the problem is not the bulb. I suspect ignitor or ballast... On a V70 2006, what is prone to fail on the HID setup on these ? Usually ballast or ignitor besides bulbs ?
