Replacing spring seat is no fun 850

Is the xc90 the same thing as the IPD heavy duty spring seat? I just used oem Boge from IPD on this side. Will use the xc90 on the other. I also used channel locks on the star nut once I got it unburried from the old bushing. The key to this job is that using autozone spring compressors is to pick the 4 middle turns of the spring and compress almost completely. Otherwise you get the socket stuck with the old spring seat or the bottom of the strut. Other side should go better.
