Fixing Leather Door Panel Wrinkles 850 1995

Hello

Ref: 1995 Volvo 850GLT

Is it a hard task to smooth out the wrinkles in the leather covering on my

door panels? They are mostly around the top edge near the window and some

around the door open lever. I understand they are due to the eco-safe glue that was used and failed to hold. Those close to the window are to big to inject glue into.
