Wiper issues 850

1995 850...driver's wiper does not touch the windshield at the height of it's rotation (all the way to the left). It will touch in the center and beginning of the rotation, but the middle of the wiper doesn't touch 1/2 way through the cycle. I tried a new arm (FCP Groton), new blade...still the same thing. Sucks in a rainstorm! Any ideas?
