I just did my headliner this weekend. Here is a good video on youtube that explains most of it.

I purchased material from Hancock Fabrics. They sell headliner material with the foam attached ($40). They also sell an industrial headliner adhesive ($20). If you have a sedan you will need to take one of your seats out to maneuver the headliner out the passenger door. Good Luck.
