Was at highway speed yesterday and noticed a wabble in the passenger side mirror. Before I could pull over there was a crack sound and the mirror
glass was gone. Rest of mirror assembly is fine. Anyone know what the mirror
part consists of?? what it takes to replace?? I notice that the "Objects
appear closer, etc "statement is part of the base plate that is still there.
I will check with a mirror shop this AM also...to see if they know what is needed.
