Depends. The pump should be inspected for leaks and ease of bearing movement (turned by hand) and if all looks good, leave it alone. If you use high quality antifreeze, expect the pump to last 200K miles.

Of course, the idler pulley and tensioner pulley need to be replaced. If your car has the black hydraulic tensioner, it should be replaced at 200K.
