Timing Belt Question 850 1996

Hello All,

I have a two '96 850 GLT wagon, both 5 speeds. I know per the owner's manual you should replace the timing belt at 70,000 mile intervals. My questions is while you have the car apart to replace the timing belt, how often should you replace the following:

Idler Roller
Tension Pulley
Damping Element
Water Pump

Should you replace them every 140,000 miles or every 210,000 miles? Incidentally, I have 350,00 on one 850 and almost 280,000 on the other. The one with 350,000 I purchased new, the one with nearly 280,000 I purchased used with 50,000 on the clock. As you can guess, and for good reason, I am a little neurotic about changing the timing belt when required. Thank you to all who respond.

Hugh
