Door lock doesn't function in hot weather V70-XC70 2000

Do I have the solution for you as I just fixed this problem on my wifes 1998 V70.

The thermistor in each lock has gone bad and needs to be replaced with a chunk of copper wire. I used 10 Gauge and now they all work fine.

There is video out there that discusses how to fix this problem.
