Flushing Tranny and Brake fluid V70-XC70 98 awd

I'm about to have the transmission and brake fluid flushed and replaced on my car. The tranny is a manual.

I've selected MT90 from Redline to replace the transmission fluid as well as a good quality DOT 4 for the break fluid.

Can anyone tell me how much of each I will need to do a thorough flush and replace job?

Also, going to flush my coolant. People say that distilled water is the way to go when glushing and replacing the coolant. How much distilled water will I need to do the job right? Will one jug of anti-freeze/coolant (+ water) be enough to refill the system?

Thanks much.
