Interesting, because the C70 should have come with sport springs as standard. The tires might be too wide, they should be 205 or 215. Are these Volvo wheels? A bent wheel can be straightened by a good wheel shop, but that isn't cheap.

I would ding the price because of the lowering and put sport springs back, along with 17" wheels (not cheap!)

For the window, roll it down all the way and then firmly close the door. If the door rattles, there is probably a worn cable pulley - common in the C70 thorough 2004.

I wouldn't pay very much for it, it would be good for you to do a USA search on autotrader.com or Ebay. Most C70s do not have a lot of mileage as they were not primary commuter cars.

Black tape on the dash? Ask, sounds like someone pried and broke it.

Rearview mirrors are easy to replace, but that bothers me. There is no reason to get cloudy.
