buying car S60 2005

looking to buy a 2005 s60, mileage 115,000. What should my concerns be about the age and milage of car. I know timing belt, water pump, brake pads ......what else should i have checked? Also, I've heard there was a recall on earlier years on the ETC issues. The 2005 wasn't issued a recall- did it still have the same problem? How much does a ETC run if i had to replace it on my own? Any other concerns about that year or make? New to volvos - appreciate all and any help, thank you!
