Recirculation Linkage Replacement 850 1995

My recirculation linkage rod was broken on last Thrusday during highway driving, AC ON, & recirculation ON. I could hear the "BANG" sound of the damper door slanging back to the open position. Motor was good.

I tried to search the archive, but couldn't find any.

I am looking for the replacement of the linkage rod procedure for my MCC control. Volvo shop manual (Climate Control) has no information about this linkage rod. The manual only list the procedure to replace the motor, and the adjustment procedure of the motor. Does the adjustment procedure (control code 999) applies to both ECC and MCC ?

Thanks,

Ching-Ho Cheng
