Replaced turbo, still having issues... 850 1994-1995

Okay, I replaced my turbo yesterday since I was 99% sure it was gone. I had a boost problem last week in which my overboost limiter kicked in and then the next day I had no boost and bad idle. Since I could not hear the turbo spool I decided to replace it. Well, 4 hours and some grease under the nails later I have found the turbo to be ok and something else to be the problem. I installed the turbo, reset the codes and drove the car. More power than before but still running at about 1/2 of what it was before. I got the Check Engine light this AM while in traffic. I got out of A2: 414 and 231. (DTC 4-1-4 Boost Pressure Regulation) and (DTC 2-3-1 Long Term Fuel Trim, Part Load) The car is feeling the same thing I am for once! Big flat area in the mid-range and no boost at all. Well, now I am tired and worried about my baby. Any ideas as to what to try next. (Please, don't suggest replacing the turbo, I am still getting the coolant and oil out of my hair from last night when I replaced a good turbo with a new one.)

Thanks again

Prospero
