Suspension query; and misc questions 850 97T5

Hi all- I was checking my suspension over the wk/end and noticed when I push-down on my front bumper and let go, i hear a hissing sound from both sides. Sounds like the gas in the struts/dampers. My Big Q: does this means they are bad; going bad or just fine? On the rear, no sound; just down then up and stop.

DO any Volvos come with REAL Xenon headlights, specifically S70/60s? I've yet to see any in the NY Tri-state area. R they even opitional??

Do your dealer charge you to reset the service light? My dealer dosen't seem willing to just reset the light; they asks if that all I need, then suggest I come back. I usally change the oil too, but they don't like u to bring your own.

Finally, have any one installed the IPD grille for the 850s and is it worth the price. I also noticed EA has one too. Anyone bought either; what's the deal??
