local Craigs List has 2000 v70. 200k. Was $4k, now $3k, wondering if worth $2k or skip. Owner says bought 2 years ago from owner returning from Europe. Turbo is missing. Engine and transmission have been rebuilt. Clutch replaced. When rebuilt A/C was not put back on bad compressor. Don't know why turbo left off or if that was adjusted for new engine. Anyway, looks OK in picture owner says has leg problem and needs auto. Thoughts? Supposedly spent a lot of money but looks like skipped a lot. Midwest area.
