Pending Transmission Failure - Code 3-2-3 850 94

It was bound to happen. On my way to work this morning, the up arrow on the dash and the light next to the sport on the economy/sport switch started flashing.

Upon arriving to work, I checked the transmission error codes (socket A-1). The result was code 3-2-3.

The code equates to “Lock up slips or not engaged”.

I am wondering what this means? My guess is that I have a pending transmission failure on my hands. I so, how long do I have? The transmission seems to shift fine.

I have cleared the code and will wait to see what happens on the way home.

Just FYI: I have had the transmission fluid changed every 10K miles. The last change was done approximately 4K miles ago.
