Sudden electrical failure 850 1995

Damn, I drove this car this morning. Now that it's pitch black I moved it into the driveway. No headlights or taillights, some possible buzzer noise continuous but muted. Rear fog light and SRS light are on. Interior lights work. Engine runs ok but when I tried the high beams it speed up. Could be gruesome. Poor baby only has 115K miles.
