Strange noise S40-V40 2001

Moving at a speed just above 140km/h I suddenly heard a strange sound from the right hand side of the car. It was something between a wissle and a hum. It only appeared when correcting the cars direction slightly to the left (steering slightly to the left for a short time).

At first I thought it might be the wheel nuts starting to get loose, but I stopped to check them and they seemed ok.

Any idea?
