I think he has more of a beef with the service he got more than with the actual car-and i can't say that i blame him.

If you have a problem and it needs attention then we all like polite, prompt action from well informed, happy-to-please staff.

He has merely took his complaint to a wider audience.

I could add a page to his site and i reckon a few others on this board could too.

Isn't 'freedom of speech' wonderful.
