Actually, this is old news. The Chinese demanded more rear leg room in the S60 and I think it is a good thing that the 'extended' version is coming to the US.

I just hope that the quality control for parts and assembly is equal to the original manufacturing plant in Europe. If not, Volvo is in a big hurt as the S60 is a great little car.
