Running rough when in gear S70 1998

The engine seems a little noisy -- mainly just valve noise. Were these engines known for being loud like that? I know my A4 with the 2.0T is known for noisy valves.

Other than that, no odd noises other than noise resulting from what seems like NVH.

The noise/vibrations occur when the car is stationary, so I don't suspect an issue with the CV joints, brakes or wheel bearings... which leaves me to the motor mounts. I will see if I can take a look at them tomorrow.
