When you pay $50k+ for a car, You should be treated well by your dealer, technician and the Company. You should be treated well even if you pay $15k. We buy what we can afford and that's a lot of money. Now Volvo has a mad MD. and 600+ readers of this board and counting. Think about how many times you would put up with such bad service before you would complain.

Hey doc, who is the dealer? Maybe we can send a few thousand e-mails and Volvo might treat you a little better. Most of us enjoy our Volvos but they make a good dollar (US or Canadian?) for their cars. I think we should let Volvo that they blew it this time and that we support the doc.
