Maybe I should refer him to Greenspoint Dodge in Houston...

They bought a car back from me after 11 months, 126 days in the shop, 9,600 miles and 14 trouble spots. No Ford or Volvo product has ever been so bad. Never had a car bought back since, either. Dealers are as important as the product...
