Service Light Reset S70 99

Can anyone help?

I was able to reset the service-reminder light

on my C70 without a problem using the trip odemeter

method explained on the Board

but my friend with an S70 says he can't

reset his using the usual instructions.

Is the reset the same for all 70 series Volvo's?

If so, maybe he is doing something wrong in the

process.
