The same thoughtless process that led them to weld on the tail pipe tip, which is now getting rusty.

This car spent 150K miles in Illinois, getting salt baths for 15 years. I am going to order a cheap hanger from eeuroparts, free shipping of course. Then I am going to saw off the rusty hanger from the pipe, one arm is ready to let go and I can't sell the car that way to someone who knows nothing about cars.
