New timing question 850 1993

I'm finally at the point where I'm doing the timing again on my 850.

I put everything back on (timing belt wise) and the bottom mark is spot on, but the intake mark is off by about a tooth. And this was with the gear lock tool from IPD being in place AND the marks being correct before I put it on.

That was the side that I had to replace all the valves on (due to not getting the timing right originally. It was significantly off though).

I don't mind taking the belt off, again, if this is off too much.
