Horns!!!!! ALL

I live in a very accident & insurance deficient city; Memphis, TN. Despite the annual inspections, "that is supposed to ensure the safety of the cars on the road, drivers with insurance, and liscensed drivers", Memphis is lacking in the previous three.

To combat this bad situation, I am contemplating an upgrade of the horns. I have looked at the Hella Twin Tones (lots of good reports on these). And the IPD Air Horns. Does anyone have any experience with either of these. I am looking for volume and notice-ability.

Any tips or experience with any products is most welcomed.
