replacing serpentine belt/tensioner/idler pulley...looks fairly straightforward...any tips or tricks to make it easier? airbox removal seems to be a help...idler pulley has a rubber plug over fastener? how to remove..is bolt for pulley hex, allen or torx? thanks to all who respond..
