Headlight wiper motor won't stop running 850 1995

Continue to hear this wine coming from left headlight, found to be

continous running headlight wiper motor, how do I stop it. I disconnected

main harness behind left headlight and it stops, but this also disables all front lights. Any suggestions. Don't really know what activates the headlight wipers since I just got this car last week.
