Struts/Shocks for a 2007 V70

OE supplier for Volvo is still Sachs. My Volvo dealer now only uses HD strut mounts, just like those on the XC90.

Before you get new struts, and I suggest getting rears as well, you need to find out if they are worn out. If you come to a reasonably gentle stop, does the nose of the car raise up about an inch? If so, get them replaced. This will become apparent after 130K miles or so.
