Wheel Question 850 96

I am buying my Konig Tantrum wheels as soon as I can get some quick advice. Im just gettin into cars and really dont know ANYTHING about them at all so help me out with this question. The Tantrums are 17X7" and the tires that come with the package deal are Yokohama Parada 205/40/R17 from http://www.modacar.com/wheels/wheels.htm . Now when I look at every other car at sites(such as volvotuning.com)anyone who has 17x7" wheels they have 215/40/17. Now what I would like to know is what is the difference between 205 and 215???? And would it be better if I get the 215 instead of the 205 tires? I know its a newbie question but thanks for the help again guys!!
