No spade connector at starter solinoid? C70 2008

I read that corrosion at the spade connector on the starter solenoid can be a cause of intermittent no start. However I don't see a spade connector on my 2008 C70. There are three nuts and a plastic casing that is attached to the solenoid with a thick wire on one side and a smaller one on the back side. Did Volvo eliminate the spade connector in 2008 to address the corrosion issue?
