Sunroof, back seat windows, don't work after jump start V70-XC70

Have a 2001 v70 t5, new to me, My wife had to get a jump start today as she left the ignition on. Now the sunroof, rearseat windows, rearseat lights by switch will not operate. The lights work when the doors are open. I checked all fuses for sunroof and rear windows. Vehicle runs and starts after a 7 mile ride home. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also are there large fuses under the engine compartment fuse block? The cover kind of says there is.
