I have a 98 S70 and I have noticed the EXACT same thing. I just recently had some work done on the car which included a brake inspection and they didn't mention anything.

I do not get that nose dive. But I know one place in my everyday drive where I get hte same exact reaction everyday, I am lightly braking while turning into a driveway with a small bump up to an incline and I feel the rapid "click click clicking" everytime until I let up on the brake.

If anyone knows what this is, I'm sure we'd BOTH be interested.....
