Blocked fuel delivery to manifold

Hi

I think my engine is lean and not nearly enough fuel is getting to combustion. My fuel rail is soaking and when I release pressure from schrader valve heaps of fuel comes out, as well some pipes like intercooler to throttle back in the system are stinky of fuel. There is a dampener on the fuel rail though no regulator as such. Could this be the problem?
Can anyone tell me the system and point me to what might be going on? All the injectors wouldn't fail at once, surely. They also click. I have replaced a few items like AMM and cam sensor etc. I have a air temp intake sensor coming in the mail and will install that.
I had just before the failure - about 10kms driving beforehand - put through some of that injector cleaner from a bottle into the tank.
If my air temp sensor works I will let know but I cannot see how it would affect this way so am getting the ball rolling to locate the source of my problem.
