Nasty positive crankcase ventiliation

Okay, here is further diagnosis.
I have multimetered my AMM and found continuity in the wires, even though one wire looked crimped.
Then, I put the glove over the oil cap and check this out: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jOGtFo1-YgA
sounds terrible.

This is a newish PCV system. The trouble arose when I had adjusted timing at the pulley just tweaking it, maybe it is a loose something. Whining sound is no good though. New camshaft senor, crankshaft sensor clean, different AMM, checked timing many many times both at crank and pulleys, so, now narrowed to crank case issue. Pls dont say timing issue, as have been there and done that over 100 times on several vehicles.
PS: Have dice-vida and no faults showing.
I have installed new head and all was well for two weeks before the tweaking when when I restarted ignition it whined like this:
