1999 s80 nonturbo no start S80

hello guys! Well I finally put a new reman trans in my s80, hooked everything back up. now I have a no start problem. just doesn't want to crank.the message board doesn't say transmission failure anymore, just gives me srs.. I got gas at the injector rail... all the lights come on, tried the door key on/off 5 times. got plenty of juice 13.2 even to the starter but its not turning over. the starter does crank the engine if I jump it. anybody have any ideas? what did I miss?
