Interior smell

Whatever you do, I still contend that blowing a strong fan into the car will help a lot.

If the mold is in places that you cannot see, introducing almost any cure also introduces moisture that will activate the hidden mold.

Copious amounts of fresh air should help.

One thing that you could do is to ask your Animal Control Offices to give you a dead skunk - keep it in a tight container and put it in a bush near the car when people come to look at the car. ; )
