850 1993 Odometer fix

It's not a terribly difficult job, but does take some time and patience.
Re. the bulbs, it might be wise to have an extra bulb holder too.
I got mine all apart to do the bulbs and gear and found a broken holder. Had no choice but to get the car back together that day so I still have one bulb out. Not interested in taking it all apart again.

It was nice to fix the odometer. Kind of felt like I gave the car a heartbeat again. I rolled the odometer forward to match what the OBD I box under the hood displayed as the mileage. Took me about an hour turning it by hand to add 15,000 miles or so.
